Attorney He has experience representing individuals charged with criminal offenses ranging from simple misdemeanors to complex felonies. Attorney He started his legal career in the Chambers of Federal District Court Judge Joan G. Margolis. There he gained objective insight into the criminal process from the standpoint of decision-makers. Subsequently, Attorney He spent many years in private practice litigating criminal and civil rights cases in the State and Federal Courts of New York and Connecticut. Attorney He has had success handling many cases from inception to end.
Attorney He obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of Connecticut School of Law, where he served as Editor of the Connecticut Public Interest Law Journal and where he served on the Board of the Connecticut Public Interest Law Group. He was awarded a Graduate Certificate in Human Rights for his dedication to public service. In his spare time, Attorney He is an avid practitioner of Kyokushin Karate and competes at regional Events across the Country.
